💸 Refund Policy

We want you to feel happy with every order from NocturneCraft. If something isn’t right, here’s how our returns and refunds work:

Returns & Exchanges

  • Non-EU customers: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • EU customers: By law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to request a return.

  • Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

  • Custom or personalized pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and check your return, we’ll send you an email update.

  • Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

  • Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, or if we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

How to Request a Return

Simply email us at info@nocturnecraft.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with the return instructions.
